Web design, refined to its necessities.

Baer Necessities builds websites for home-service businesses that live and die by the phone ringing. We've seen how it usually goes wrong: the site that looks nice but never shows up on Google, the contact form nobody answers, the after-hours call that goes to whoever's site loaded first. We build for the opposite — a site that earns its spot in your service area and turns quote requests into booked jobs.

That's why we don't sell websites. We sell what a website is for: more quote requests, more booked jobs, more customers who call you already trusting you.

The name is the philosophy. Most sites are bloated with things that impress other designers. We strip everything that doesn't earn its place and keep what does — the necessities.

Founder, Baer Necessities

Baer Necessities started from an obsession with getting the details right and a background in customer service, where I learned that most businesses lose customers not from a bad product, but from friction — a slow reply, a confusing form, a website that doesn't answer the question someone actually has. I bring that same standard to every site I build: nothing ships until it's right, and every page is judged by whether it actually makes a customer's life easier. For home-service trades, that means a site that answers the phone before it even rings.
